Happy New Year! I present, well...it doesn't have a title, but I've been calling it "swimmer". =) It's also not quite finished yet (I have to make a button and divider). It was made using div layers and CSS, and was intended for use on Livejournal, Greatestjournal, and the like. I have a journal in every LJ affiliate, so you can still credit me. =D If you want to use this layout for a small/personal website, you can, I just need to send you a different file.
Inside the swimmer.zip file there should be:
